This is the best way to eat tongue-to-tail and save money on a 42lb bundle containing a wide variety of premium beef.
- 20lbs ground beef
- 5lbs of premium steaks (ribeye, strip, and filet)
- 5lbs of common steaks (sirloin, and round, or swiss)
- 10lbs of common roasts (chuck and rump)
- 2lbs of stew meat and/or short ribs.
This is pasture-raised beef, which means that their primary diet is foraged greens (grass, clover, and alfalfa hay in the winter). They are given a supplemental diet of non-GMO corn that is also raised and harvested on our farm. The little bit of corn helps with marbling and flavor. The beef are never given any antibiotic or hormone regimens.

ChopLocal farmers and butchers ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday unless otherwise noted. This is to avoid weekend delays and ensure that you receive your order in good condition.

Yes! Enter the recipient's address in "Shipping Address" and we'll send meat right to their door!
How is my order kept cold?
Each of ChopLocal's farmers and butchers ship directly from their farm or butcher shop, using insulated shipping containers and coolant to ensure your meat arrives in good condition.

What should I do if there's an issue?
