About our Pork: We raise 5 different breeds of heritage pigs, including American Guinea Hog, Tamworth, Mangalitsa, Mulefoot, and Idaho Pasture. Heritage pork is known for its rich flavors and deep marbled fat. Research has shown that the fat of animals raised in a regenerative system is much higher in healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
