With Thanksgiving right around the corner, turkey cranberry sliders is the perfect recipe to get you in the holiday mood. These sliders come together quickly, deliver festive flavor, and strike that perfect balance of savory and sweet. Using shredded turkey from The Farmer’s Turkey makes prep simple and the results delicious, but this works great with leftover turkey too!

Start with one package of dinner rolls and slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine ½ cup melted butter, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, and a splash of soy sauce. Whisk until smooth. Spread a generous layer of the mixture on the cut sides of the rolls.
Layer on shredded turkey from The Farmer’s Turkey, slices of cheese, and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Place the top half of the rolls back on.

Brush the remaining butter mixture over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to get the tops golden.
