About WhiteBarn Beef

We're the Barnards, and we have been farming and raising cattle in Arizona for over 20 years. In the summer of 2020, we took a chance and bought a Wagyu bull to develop more consistency with our beef. The combination of the Wagyu bull with both our Angus and Charolais cows has turned out to be a beautiful pairing! We raise our American Wagyu on the ranch, bring them to farm to feed/finish them, and feed them our alfalfa, grass hay, and corn that we grow right here on the farm. We are proud to share our high-quality, American Wagyu beef with you!

WhiteBarn Reviews

Beef is top quality from a great family. Always perfectly marbled, tender, and full of flavor. On top of it all, their new dog treats - freeze dried liver - make our huskies go nuts….they love them!

I can’t say enough good things about this family and the products they offer. Good hearted people and the beef is high quality. I have been ripped off from other ranchers, it’s actually a quite common experience, but I’m always treated fairly and like family. You get your moneys worth with White barn both in quantity and quality.

Just bought ribeyes, burger, brisket and more from the farmers market in Tucson. So far we had the burger and ribeyes!!!! If the brisket is half as delicious, we found a great meat source for life!! Merry Christmas!

I see this family at my local farmers market and always get some good cuts. The price is worth it for better quality over the storebought stuff. Plus, now and again, I get the dogs a little something. No complaints from them either

WOW chuck steak wagyu was delish tender flavorful definitely will buy again

We made our first purchase at Sierra Vista's Farmers market last Thursday. Our first steak was tenderloin and it was the most delicious and tender beef that we have ever had. The owner was so nice to us and gave us 2 free steaks. We are hooked.

We just got back from the farmers market here in Tucson after buying 3 short ribs, ribbye, 3 chucks, brisket, and cowboy cuts. $240 all wagyu!

All together is almost 26 pounds of meat and spent $240 and averaged $9.26 /lb.

Ribbeye was most expensive at 19 /pound.

We bought from them once before and loved everything!

This whole family is awesome, they give great service and amazing beef. We are now long term customers!

Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing beef! It is delicious and we love supporting a local rancher! We are so glad we learned about Whitebarn!

Hands-down the best Sourdough bread we’ve had! It offered great flavor and texture and the homemade element was tasted throughout. This bread is better than anything you can find at the grocery store!

Amazing beef! We had their prime rib for our Christmas dinner and now we are customers for life! If you are looking to support local ranchers and cut out the grocery store you are in the right place!! ❤️

Best beef! Great people.

Best chuck ever. I used my cast iron dutch oven much as I would over open flames. Browned and nestled that baby into the oven for quite a few hours, and then added veggies at the end without lid. We ate off this for two nights and froze the rest. The chuck we froze was as tender and juicy as the first night. Amazing flavor. We are spoiled!
