About Rocky Ridge Livestock LLC

Rocky Ridge Livestock is a 5th generation family-farm in Western Maine, dedicated to caring for the land, livestock and our community. 

Our farm sits on a beautiful mountainside where we raise cattle, pigs and chickens. For many years, our family took pride in raising organic dairy products, but today, we specialize in raising grass-based beef. Our cattle rotationally graze and are fed grass harvested from our farm all year long. We have always taken great care to manage our land with organic practices.

Our beef is finished with limited amounts of grain and continuous free choice grass silage for the final 4 to 5 months of thier life. They receive less than 25% of their diet as grain, but we are able to achieve excellent marbling that provides our customers with an excellent eating experience every time. Our beef is also dry aged for 2 weeks, making for a premium product!

In addition to beef, we also raise and sell pigs and chicken.

The best place to get your beef. Friendly people, easy buying and pick up process and very affordable. Smoked a few briskets and had to do very minimal trimming compared to any other brisket I’ve bought elsewhere.
